In order to cater for greater market needs, HSR Group decided to explore into Property Management line and set up our new Property Management Company on 23^rd May 2018. 

Our Founder Sr. Siew has laid the groundwork and put in place a strong management team for the Company, with over 13 years experience in property management line from his previous companies, HSR Property Management Sdn Bhd managed to get in many sites within short period of time.  The numbers are still growing under the leadership of Ms. Angeline and her cohesive HQ team.

HSR Property Management Sdn Bhd (HSR PM) always emphasizes that it is paramount to adopt a professional and systematic approach in the aspects of management and maintenance, in order to preserve and enhance the value of the property. HSR PM has the basis of providing quality management for luxury condominium communities. Current managed properties are mostly located within Klang Valley and Malacca. HSR PM establishes management relationships with selected property owners who share our vision for asset preservation and who are looking for comprehensive services that is tailored to their goals. 

We are experienced in managing all types of properties including strata properties like condominiums, apartments, gated & guarded communities – bungalows, townhouses, and also mixed developments.
