Established in Malaysia in 2014, HSR Realtors (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, a real estate company registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers & Estate Agents under the Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Act 1981. Formerly known as Wang Lai Realty (Mont’ Kiara), HSR Group has more than 8 years experience in the marketing of both primary and secondary markets, local and overseas properties, providing comprehensive real estate services to the residential, commercial and industrial markets, including land trading.

On 20^th Dec 2014, the company has its grand opening with its partner HSR Singapore at HSR Head Quarters, Publika, Mont’ Kiara office. In collaboration with HSR Singapore, the company has a refreshed outlook, combining its proven track record with the expertise and vision of the new management, HSR’s strategy for growth is to provide a one-stop solution for all real estate needs. The company’s range of services includes best-in-class research covering various markets, property consultation, as well as comprehensive training for its negotiators.

With a focus on driving the company forward in Malaysia market, the company underwent a buy-out on 30^th Sept 2015 which led to a change in key management positions and HSR Group becomes independent. In line with this change, the company rebranded with its new tagline “Your Property, Our Priority.”
