SR. SIEW YEE HOONG
Principal & Advisor – HSR Realtors (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd
Principal & Managing Director – HSR Property Management Sdn Bhd

Sr Siew, one of the two principals of HSR Realtors (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd and HSR Property Management Sdn Bhd. He is the Co-Founder of HSR Property Management Sdn Bhd and is now managing the Property Management Division of HSR Group. He is also the Principal Advisor to HSR Group and to its sister company ECS Facilities Management Sdn Bhd. He has 30 years experience in the banking industry, where he served as a financial consultant in Asia, including India, China, Japan and South Korea. His last posting was in Hong Kong before he opted for early retirement at 48. 

In his pursuit of greater professionalism, Sr Siew did a one-year self-study and sat for the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM) Property Management and Valuation Services (PMVS) exam in 2011. He subsequently became a member of the Royal Institute of Valuers Malaysia and is now a registered Property Manager and Real Estate Agent with BOVAEA. Sr Siew is also a member of the Royal Institute of Surveyors Malaysia (MRISM), a member of PEPS, the Treasurer General of Malaysia Institute of Professional Facilities Management (FMIPFM) and Reps from MIPFM for the Property Management Committee (PMC) of LPEPH.

Sr. Siew Yee Hoong has over 15 years of professional experience in matters relating to the real estate industry and property management. He is experienced in chairing AGMs and EGMs, and he has been providing consulting services to Management Corporations, Joint Management Bodies and building owners pertaining to operation and maintenance matters. Furthermore, he also gives advices to Developers on handover process of vacant possession, and also services as Project Advisor in property management aspect during planning stage prior to construction.

MR. GARY GOH

Head of M&E Division – HSR Property Management Sdn Bhd

Mr. Gary Goh, is one of the two principals of HSR Realtors (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd and the Director of M&E Division of HSR Property Management Sdn Bhd. He is a successful businessman who owns a chained F&B business, Daily Kopitiam and the outlets are located in Klang Valley area including Pavilion, Intermark, The Weld, Setapak, PJ, etc.

Mr. Gary Goh has over 20 years experience as Marketing Director in Hong Kong and has been travelling all over the world as the person-in-charge for exhibitions and roadshows in overseas.

He is also a qualified Real Estate Agent under Lembaga Penilai, Pentaksir dan Agen Hartanah. He is familiar with building structure plan, building maintenance, building inspection and rectification works as he has years of experience working in an Architect firm.

MS. ANGELINE GOH

Ms. Angeline Goh is a negotiator-turned-business owner, the Founder of HSR Realtors (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd and the Co-Founder of HSR Property Management Sdn Bhd. She started her career in the real estate industry in year 2008 and decided to explore into Property Management field in early 2018. Prior to this, at age 25 she decided to start her own business and was in charge of the operations of Wang Lai Realty for 3 years. She grew from a 3-person small team to a strong team of 40 full-time negotiators within the 3 years time. She then decided to have her own branding and set up HSR Group and is now managing the entire operation of the company for more than 5 years.

Ms. Angeline Goh gained her project experience with Sunrise Berhad where she participated in several local and overseas roadshows and property exhibitions. She was also a Senior Negotiator and Team Leader with Metroworld Realty, and has a deep understanding of Malaysia’s property sales and leasing in the secondary market. She is a member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) UK as she graduated in Heriot Watt University UK and holding a Degree in Quantity Surveying. In order to pursue greater professionalism, she sat for the Property Management and Valuation Services (PMVS) exam conducted by Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM) and now the Probationary Real Estate Agent.

MS. MARGARET SC KHOO
Principal & Director – HSR Property Management Sdn Bhd

Ms Margaret Khoo is one of the two principals of HSR Property Management Sdn Bhd. She holds a Degree in Accounting and MBA from University of Cardiff, United Kingdom. She is also a member in RISM and ACCA.

SR. TAN CHUN HAW
Head of Business Development – HSR Property Management Sdn Bhd

Sr. Tan Chun Haw is the Co-Founder of HSR Property Management Sdn Bhd and undertakes business development of the property management division for the firm. He holds a Degree and MBA in Marketing from University of Wales Cardiff and a professional Degree in Valuation from RISM. He is also the member of RISM, MPEPS and MIPPM. He has fully utilized his knowledge in Property Management and has more than 10 years of extensive experience in residential and commercial properties. With good market knowledge and strong eye for details, he believes as a Property Manager, there is a great sense of responsibility to the clients who entrust their most valuable assets to his care. Sr. Tan Chun Haw is also known for his excellent communication and negotiating skills. Adopting the role as the Head of Business Development of Property Management Division, he manages a dynamic work environment with his staffs with the aim to deliver maximum returns on clients’ investment.

MR. DIXON CHOY
Head of Projects Division – HSR Realtors (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd

Mr. Dixon Choy, with over 25 years of working experience in the Primary property market of
Sales and Marketing of Mixed Development Township and Niche Projects in East and West
Malaysia as the Head of the Sales and Marketing/ Senior Manager in the Property Division of the various Public Listed Companies such as Mahajaya Bhd., Millennium Land (Tanco Bhd. Group), Hap Seng Land (Hap Seng Consolidated Bhd. Group) and AP Land (Low Yat Group).

Contributed significantly in the successful launched and completion of the mixed development townships such as Desa Petaling in KL , Cheras Utama in Cheras, Bandar Damai Perdana Cheras, Millennia City in Puchong, D’Alpinia in Puchong and Mines Resorts City/Wellness City located in Sri Kembangan, Bandar Tasik Puteri in Rawang, Taman Tan Sri Yaacob in Skudai, Johore Bahru, Tengkera Utama Township in Malacca, as well as the Bandar Sri Indah, Kingfisher Sulaman, Bandar Sri Perdana which was located in Sabah, East Malaysia.

He has 5 years of working experiences in the Secondary property market of providing Project Sales & Marketing services to Developers such as Uda Land in JB , UE E&C Sanjia in JB, Protasco Bhd. in Bangi Selangor , Mines Waterfront Business Park in Sri Kembangan , Selangor & etc. He is also a Probationary Estate Agent since year 2015 and has a Diploma in Estate Agency with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers & Estate Agents, Malaysia.

MS. CLORIS NG
Head of Finance – HSR Realtors (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd

Ms. Cloris Ng, involved in Finance & Admins Department for more than 10 years, assisting and supporting the directors in corporate finance and improving the efficiency of the operation in line with the vision of the company. She is the Head of Finance and handling the accounts of the Projects and Sales & Leasing Division and also sitting for the ACCA exam for greater professionalism.

MR. JERRY WONG WENG KEONG
General Manager – HSR Property Management Sdn Bhd

Mr Jerry Wong is the Co-Founder of HSR Property Management Sdn Bhd and a probationary member of the Royal Institute of Surveyors, Malaysia. He has over 8 years of professional experience in matters relating to manpower industry dealing with recruitment, management and operational matters. Currently he is one the directors of 2 local manpower agencies. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (International Business) from National University of Malaysia (UKM).
