Management Team

sr. siew yee hoong

Founder – HSR Property Management

Sr. Siew was the Principal Advisor and the Founder of HSR Property Management Sdn Bhd. He has 30 years’ experience in the banking industry, where he served as a financial consultant in Asia, including India, China, Japan, South Korea and based in Hong Kong.  Sr. Siew was a licensed registered Property Manager and Real Estate Agent with Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers {BOVEAP}.

Sr. Siew was also a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Surveyors Malaysia (FRISM), a member of PEPS {MPEPS}; he was appointed as the Industry Advisor to the Faculty of Accounting and Management for the Master of Business Administration (Building Management) of Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman; and also appointed as the Treasurer General & fellow member of the Malaysia Institute of Property and Facilities Management (FMIPFM) and he represented MIPFM as the Property Management Committee (PMC) to the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers {BOVEAP}.

Besides, he was appointed by BOVEAP to give professional training to the property managers on matters relating to property management and conducted public seminars for MIPFM. He was also in the committee to the Housing Ministry {KPKT} in drafting the amendment to the Strata Management Act 2013.

The memories of his strong leadership and hard work will continue to guide the team through the path he had chosen for the Company. The team will keep the motivation to move forward and continue to nurture his vision and contribution to the industry.

Mr. gary goh

Principal & Advisor – HSR Realtors

Mr. Gary Goh, is the principal of HSR Realtors. He is a successful businessman who owns a chained F&B business, Daily Kopitiam and the outlets are located in Klang Valley area including Pavilion, Intermark, The Weld, Setapak, PJ, etc.

Mr. Gary Goh has over 20 years experience as Marketing Director in Hong Kong and has been travelling all over the world as the person-in-charge for exhibitions and roadshows in overseas.

He is also a qualified Real Estate Agent under Lembaga Penilai, Pentaksir dan Agen Hartanah.

MS. Angeline goh

Chief Executive Officer – HSR Property Management

Founder & Chief Operating Officer – HSR Realtors

Ms. Angeline Goh is a negotiator-turned-business owner, the Founder of HSR Realtors (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, HSR Realtors and the Co-Founder of HSR Property Management Sdn Bhd.  She started her career in the real estate industry in year 2008 and decided to explore into Property Management field in early 2018.  Prior to this, at age 25 she decided to start her own business and was in charge of the operations of Wang Lai Realty for 3 years. She grew from a 3-person small team to a strong team of 40 full-time negotiators within the 3 years time. She then decided to have her own branding and set up HSR Group and is now managing the entire operation of the Company. 

Ms. Angeline Goh gained her projects experience with Sunrise Berhad where she participated in several local and overseas roadshows and property exhibitions.  She was also a Senior Negotiator and Team Leader with Metroworld Realty, and has a deep understanding of Malaysia’s property sales and leasing in the secondary market. 

Ms. Angeline Goh started her involvement in property management industry in year 2018 and gained her professional experience by, i.e. attending JMB/MC meetings to understand site matters, managing Committee’s expectations, physically involved in sites operations especially in maintenance management and complaints management, debts management and recovery actions, organizing AGM/ EGM, etc.  With her active involvement, she managed to grow the company’s portfolio from 9 sites to the current 22 sites within a year time after the appointment as the CEO of the company in year 2023.  The numbers are still growing under the leadership of Ms. Angeline Goh and her cohesive HQ team.

She is a member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) UK as she graduated in Heriot Watt University UK and holding a Degree in Quantity Surveying.  In order to pursue greater professionalism, she passed the Direct Final exam conducted by Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM) and now holding a professional certificate in Property Management and Valuation Services (PMVS).

Pmgr. SC khoo

Principal – HSR Property Management Sdn Bhd

Pmgr. SC Khoo is the Principal of HSR Property Management Sdn Bhd. She holds Degree in Accounting and MBA from University of Cardiff, United Kingdom. She is also a member in MIPFM and BOBEAP.

mr. kent liew

Chief Operating Officer – HSR Property Management

Mr. Kent Liew is the Principal of HSR Property Management Sdn Bhd, with over 13 years of working experience in property management industry, he has managed various kinds of projects himself i.e. high density mixed development, commercial, residential projects, etc.  He is a hands-on person with strong technical skills. 

 

Mr. Kent Liew contributed significantly to the smooth operation of all sites under the management of the Company.  With his vast experience, he is able to draft the SOP to suit various Client’s needs whether during Developer, JMB or MC’s management period.  His role is to incorporate the maintenance management program into the SOPs to ensure consistent performance of building managers and smooth operation of building facilities and services at the optimum operation cost.

 

He is a registered Property Manager (PM1399) with Board Of Valuer, Estate Agents, & Property Managers and a Member of PEPS (Persatuan Penilai, Pengurus Harta, Ejen Harta dan Perunding Harta Swasta Malaysia).

 

Mr. dixon choy

Head of Projects Division – HSR Realtors 

Mr. Dixon Choy, with over 25 years of working experience in the Primary property market of Sales and Marketing of Mixed Development Township and Niche Projects in East and West Malaysia as the Head of the Sales and Marketing/ Senior Manager in the Property Division of the various Public Listed Companies such as Mahajaya Bhd., Millennium Land (Tanco Bhd. Group), Hap Seng Land (Hap Seng Consolidated Bhd. Group) and AP Land (Low Yat Group).

Contributed significantly in the successful launched and completion of the mixed development townships such as Desa Petaling in KL , Cheras Utama in Cheras, Bandar Damai Perdana Cheras, Millennia City in Puchong, D’Alpinia in Puchong and Mines Resorts City/Wellness City located in Sri Kembangan, Bandar Tasik Puteri in Rawang, Taman Tan Sri Yaacob in Skudai, Johore Bahru, Tengkera Utama Township in Malacca, as well as the Bandar Sri Indah, Kingfisher Sulaman, Bandar Sri Perdana which was located in Sabah, East Malaysia.

He has 5 years of working experiences in the Secondary property market of providing Project Sales & Marketing services to Developers such as Uda Land in JB , UE E&C Sanjia in JB, Protasco Bhd. in Bangi Selangor , Mines Waterfront Business Park in Sri Kembangan , Selangor & etc. He is also a Probationary Estate Agent since year 2015 and has a Diploma in Estate Agency with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers & Estate Agents, Malaysia.
